Introduction

Besondere Akzente setzen déi gréng Jonglënster in den nächsten Jahren:

- bei der Mobilität sowie der Gestaltung des öffentlichen Raums,

- bei der Kinderbetreuung sowie der Schule,

- bei den öffentlichen Dienstleistungen sowie den Infrastrukturen,

- bei der Ressourceneffizienz sowie beim Umweltschutz,

- bei der Energieautonomie der Gemeind.

Das mit einer nachhaltigen und vorausschauenden Politik verbunden mit einer verstärkten Beteiligung aller Bürger

déi gréng sind überzeugt, dass wir in den nächsten Jahren mehr als je zuvor starke Gemeinden brauchen, um die Herausforderungen der lokalen, nationalen und globalen Entwicklungen anzugehen

Les Verts de Junglinster mettront un accent particulier au cours des prochaines années sur les
points suivants:

- En ce qui concerne la mobilité et l’aménagement de l’espace public/urbain

- En ce qui concerne l’accueil et l’encadrement des enfants, ainsi que l’école

- En ce qui concerne le service public et les infrastructures

- En ce qui concerne l’utilisation rationnelle des ressources, ainsi que la protection de l’environnement

- En ce qui concerne l’autonomie énergétique.
Ceci se fera grâce à une politique prévoyante et durable et une participation accrue de toute la population.

En tant que Verts, nous sommes persuadés que nous avons besoin à l’avenir de communes
fortes, afin de faire face sur le plan local aux défis régionaux, nationaux voire même globaux.

Le but de notre équipe verte consiste à assurer un développement durable à notre commune
afin d’assurer une meilleure qualité de vie pour tous.

Our municipal priorities as from 2011

Improving quality of life

As the commune acts near to the citizens, she is able to ensure a better quality of life in local areas. Quality of life touches many domains of municipal policy, like school and child care, public spaces and mobility, modern infrastructures and services, environmental protection and foreseeing planning etc.

Participation of all citizens

Quality of life cannot be achieved by decree. On the contrary, it emerges from the dialogue with the inhabitants. Citizens are specialists in their own capacity of many aspects of community life. That is why this potential has to be made available through the participation of all while preparing important decisions.

Consolidation of existing infrastructures

Thanks to the full coffers of the past years, the preceding colleges of aldermen have been able to launch many projects. Now, the time has come to cope with the not yet satisfied needs and to best use, improve and complete the existing infrastructures. In order to enhance the quality of life of all citizens.
 

Act locally for improved energy efficiency

Through diverse concrete actions on the local level, it is possible to achieve a reduction in energy consumption and to produce and use energy from renewable sources. This allows both to reduce costs and to minimize CO2 emissions. Investments that the commune is going to perform for her own use, but also those she will be cofinancing alongside the households, are going to drastically reduce the ever-increasing oil bill. For the community, but as well for the families.
 

Proactive social policy

In the field of social policy, innovation and foresight is also of essence. Once oil prices increase and push inflation, even the middle-class will be confronted with a poverty risk. At that point, an option is of course to increase social benefits. It would however be preferable that the commune acts now to help households in modernizing their home, allowing them to use less energy in the future.
